UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is sent via couriers and can take up to 3-5 business days. Express delivery can take up to 1-2 business days and orders must be placed by 1 pm.

UK Mainland Standard (2-3 working days) £3.95 - £9.95

UK Mainland Express (1-2 working days) £6.95 - £16.95

International Shipping

For international shipping please get in touch using the contact form or via thecornishpotter@hotmail.com. International orders can take up to 5-15 business days. There might be tax or customs charges on some items shipped abroad. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.

Returns

Unfortunatley i am unable to accept returns for commission based items.

Further Shipping Information

Please make sure that the shipping address you provide me with is correct as i am unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. I aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days of being received and do try to ship Express orders as quickly as we can. I dispatch orders on weekdays only.

All products are shipped using a trusted and tested courier service and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Costs vary depending on product size and weight.
